I had a bit of a no-brain, headache day, so no exciting trips to wholefood shops. Never mind, at least I found these flags to print and colour in. And there was much romping around in the tents in the soggy garden in pyjamas.

I had a headache too. Am always suspicious when I get headaches, cos I don't get headaches IYSWIM!
Makes me wonder if there's an atmospheric pressure thing going on.
mmm- I think I get a lot of headaches becaue of my general condition, which (I'm not sure what it is exactly, something to do with menier's disease? I get vertigo- dizziness, nausea, deafness, tiredness, vagueness- lol!) I am trying to treat by avoiding cows' milk. I just read an article in Ressurgence Mag (not yet online) about sick buildings ie. indoor air pollution, which is much worse than outdoor air pollution- And I am trying to think what I can do to minimise this ATM..."sit at least 30 inches form your computer" a bit difficult with a laptop- IYSWIM ;)
