Advent

Jem got really into it being advent on Sunday and she wanted to do this on top of the piano. It has a little Mary and donkey, which she moves along a path of stars and crystals every day (at an alarming pace, I think she may have to do a few circuits at this rate). It also has a candle which she decorated with coloured beeswax on Sunday with 'Mary and the rosy bower'. We got out the four-candles holder on the kitchen table and put 4 tealights in it for advent candles (very minimalist). Furgs keeps on being really annoying and blowing it out. She still wanted a chocolate barbie advent calendar as well. I had to rush out an get one for Mave, too as she didn't want to be left out. They only had a Fimbles one, but I don't think she minded.
