I did backread to the beginning of your blog (as I wrote in my comment on my blog in response to yours) ... you are who I thought you were. I remember thinking we seemed on a similar track ... seems we got further along it by a few months! How old are your children? Mine are 17, 4.5 and 1 ... all girls!
Photo posting is a bit of a task for me as I'm on dial-up still (can't bear to part with my wireless apple modem and can't find a provider yet who we can use for broadband with it ... appart from NTL who just got watch-dogged really badly!!!) However, we are in beautiful Buxton (about 45 miles from you ... but lots of windy roads) if you would like to come see all our materials and get some making tips. Did you see the links on my blog to the montessori makers' yahoo groups?
Envious of suck lovely pics and great sounding group!
best wishes
Sally
tech-I like your picture- although I cant quite make it out it kinda looks like you!
Sally- my children are 17, 7, 4 and 1 1/2. Girls then boys.
I'll have to ask computer man about your isp dilemma.
Thanks for the invite. Would love to see your Montessori room sometime. Although its a bit of a hike from here (Yes, its near Mytholmroyd). I would have to be feeing particularly adventurous to venture that far. O that sounds terrible, but you know, 3 kids, etc. I have joined that group and looked at the links, thanks. I am fairly new to Montessori, having become somewhat of a refugee from the local Steiner group. Although my mum was quite into it when I was little.
