Shhhh...I'm knitting!

Got my journal up to date with a few photos and bits stuck in. That was about the only notable achievement of today. Might that have anything to do with the phonecall I got from the "Education effectiveness consultant", to arrange a home visit in a few weeks' time? Well, I'm a lot more relaxed about it than when she first contacted me, immediately after deregistering Jem - honestly! And the day she mentioned was a day when the children won't be here! so I just agreed to it, and didn't say anything about that. I don't want them to feel that someone is checking up on them in their own home. She's visiting some of our friends on the same day, so is fitting us in while she is in the back of beyond (it's not, really!).

Yes, knitting- I decided to get out some unfinished projects and just get on with it - I have so many half- formulated ideas, I needed to just do something. So I'm currently finishing a cabled duffle coat in Rowan Magpie Tweed - I don't think they even make this anymore - (for Ally, started for Fugs!). And I'm into the idea of recycling - have a few ideas...
