Knit one URL one
There, I've done it- the corniest blog title ever!
Had to get this off my chest.
This has been playing on my mind since I started blogging: I have not had time for any knitting, or crochet, for that matter, since the blogging has taken over. I have not so much as picked up a knitting needle, (apart from to say, 'owch! what is that sharp thing down the back of the sofa?')
Must find way of fitting this in (resolution?).

Love the title :0D
Tut, tut! Dost thou not know that the first commandment of knitting (or indeed any other addictive crafting) is that thou shalt make time at the expense of all other things :0)
Sez the person who struggles to finish a project 'cos she has so many on the go at one time! I've got two girl's cardis going, one for Nin, another for 1-3 months. What I'd really like to do is knit something for me, but I haven't got the guts up yet for it! I've been wondering about a knitting machine, as I wonder if I'd ever finish a long cardi - but then I'd probably beat myself up about not hand knitting it. I should branch out and try lace or cabling (I'm a very simple knitter!)
I've also been beading a necklace on a loom (a simple choker with lots of tassles in a haematite-like coloured long bead for the tassles interspersed with similar seed beeds and bronzed seed beads).
Erk is trying to knit a scarf for his tiger (and still getting very frustrated) and R. is painting a legion of Warhammer skeletons :0)
Looks like you've had a lovely Christmas - Happy New Year to you all!
Happy new year all :-)
Pigging out on spring rolls here
Not knitting, nor sitting on knitting needles ;-)
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I pray that 2005 will prove to be a happy, healthy and successful year for you all :-)
Nice one Chris - multi task blogging...I tried to set up speech recognition once for programming while feeding as I find one handed typing impossibly slow...
I have turned off the computer a few times recently to do other things, mainly crocheting Big's chrimble present. It's all about balance, isn't it? But very difficult to achieve.
